BEFORE YOU FLY
Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover all of your personal belongings and medical care.
TRANSPORT
Taxis are readily available at both the airport and Island Village and takes approximately 20 minutes. There is a taxi rank at the entrance of the resort.
Please be advised that there is no reception at Island Village so it is necessary for you to contact us on +34 922 716419 when you are leaving Tenerife airport or if you experience any flight delays. If you plan to go elsewhere before you reach your accommodation, please phone us when you are 20 minutes away. In the event that you don’t telephone us, this will lead to delays in you receiving your keys.
ARRIVAL
Upon your arrival you will be met by a representative with the keys to your accommodation;
In your accommodation you will find a small toiletry pack in each bathroom and a welcome pack in the kitchen, to get you started. If you feel there is anything lacking that will help make your stay more comfortable for example extra pillows or blankets, then please speak to our representative.
Each villa has the following facilities:-

CHECK IN/OUT
Your accommodation will be ready for you to check in on your arrival day at 15:00 and you will be required to check out on your day of departure at 10:00am. A secure Luggage Location will be available for your convenience in case of late flight departures.
For all bookings, a security deposit of €300 is required at the time of check in. This will be returned to you if there is no damage to the villa when you leave. This is to be paid by card.
CLEANING
On the day of your arrival your accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned with fresh bed linen and towels, this will be repeated once a week, mid week the bathrooms and floors will be cleaned, a fresh supply of towels provided and your bins emptied.
