Casa Palmeras – Three Bedroom Deluxe Villa
This is a 3-bedroom self catering luxury villa with its own heated swimming pool and air conditioning, located in the resort Island Village. This spacious two-storey villa comfortably sleeps six adults and two children under 12. The three double bedrooms comprise of two double bedrooms both with en suite shower room and toilet on the upper floor, plus a third bedroom on the ground floor which has a bed that can either be used as two single beds or one double bed depending on your preference. This third bedroom also has an en suite shower room with toilet. In addition to this, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a separate shower room with toilet.
The villa has a large, grassed garden, outside dining and BBQ area and plenty of room for sunbathing with beds and parasols. We provide pool towels. There is off road car parking if needed. The villa has its own alarm system and security shutters. All three bedrooms and the lounge have TVs with a good variety of programmes and Wi-Fi. Depending on the length of your stay there is a mid-week cleaning service and a weekly thorough clean with bed linen and towel change. The kitchen area has a dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room. This spacious self-catering villa is perfect for families. We supply good quality linen and towels as well as toiletries and a small welcome pack of essentials to get you going. There are several supermarkets in the local vicinity as well as bars and restaurants. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away.
Please note that all these villas are privately owned, and, as such, there is no reception service at Island Village. You will be met by our representative, who will give you the key and be on hand for further telephone support.
